NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Tyne Tees and Tweed Field Trial Association will be held on Thursday 30th April 2015 at Great Lumley Community Centre 7.00pm.

***Subscriptions were due on 1^st January 2015***

Single £10.00   Gamekeeper £5.00

Because the T.T.T. have closed their Membership at 600 there is now a waiting list for membership, anyone who has not paid their subscription before the 31^st March 2015 will be taken out of the membership book.

Biteabout Handlers trophy

Persons wishing to be considered for this Trophy please forward details to the Chairman before 16th April 2015. Application will be accepted from amateur handlers only, and all dogs concerned must be in the ownership of the person applying having been handled by the owner at the events concerned.

John Alvey Trophy

Persons wishing to be considered for this trophy, please forward all relevant details to the Chairman before 16th April 2015.

Rules of application and the points system are the same as the Biteabout:-  but for one dog only  and that all dogs should start the year as a novice; however should a dog gain Open Trial status further points achieved in Open Stakes will be counted.

Will the holders of both trophies please return them before the A.G.M.? 

Please remember that subscriptions are, and have been from 1^st Jan.2009 £10.00 Keepers remain at £5.00
